How to Create Instructional Videos and Tutorials for Your LibGuide

Librarians, follow the steps below to create an instructional video or tutorial for you LibGuide:

1. Choose a Template box (Option 1 or 2) below, and copy it into your LibGuide.  Here are:

4.  Embed your video

  • A video showing you how to Embed your video into a LibGuide
  • A video showing you how to Embed your video into Blackboard

5. Create an assessment tool (e.g., a Survey Monkey survey). Here is:

Searching Opposing Viewpoints

Learning outcomes.

1. Students will be introduced to Opposing Viewpoints as a resource for preliminary research.

2. Students will be able to locate the list of Issues and interpret the information contained in the results. For example, they will be able to identify the tools provided and how to navigate the database to browse issues and search for topics.
